Thoughtful Threads is celebrating Mothers this week by having our customers share something about their mothers, grandmothers and daughters. ENJOY!

Strong. Resilient. Relentless. Three words I frequently used when describing my daughters, Maya and Nina. The girls were named after two of my favorite female icons, Maya Angelou and Nina Simone, both known for being strong, resilient and relentless.

My husband I are blessed beyond measure by these two and are blown away by their talents and skills, but more importantly, their resolve and compassion for others. 

I’m incredibly proud of Maya and Nina and I love being their mom. I cannot imagine my life without them.   #lovemytwogirls
